The Company is guided by Victor M. Catanzaro, President, and Richard W. Catanzaro, Vice-President, which have approximately 75 years of combined active real estate experience and product knowledge to assist in the wide variety of transactions handled by the Company. Each key officer has instructed college level real estate courses and lectured at many private seminars. The officers take an active role in the every day company operations and marketing each listing.
Wall Street Properties is headquartered in San Mateo, California, and even though the key officers have been involved both as principals and agents in property transactions in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona, the primary focus is commercial property transactions in and around the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
